I'm going to plump for Spain I think. I like their culture, their food and wine and I've had some lovely holidays there over the years. Oh yeah.....and the kin' Germans killed my Grandad.

But today we are good friends with Germany' whereas the Spanish raise constant claims and claim sovereignty over our territory, that was ceded to us 318 years ago and before the USA was even remotely thought of. So I’m struggling to support them, whereas today’s Germany and Germans are nothing like those that we fought 2 WW against, even though a good % of the England away support would have you believe otherwise, and to me seem more likeable.

Pretty sure England would do similar if Spain had some island in the Irish sea or something.

Spain should win but Germany is Germany.

Could be one of the best games of the World Cup, could be one of the worst (or at least most boring).

Spain go ahead about an hour in and then put it to bed on the break when Germany get a bit desperate .... 2-0 Spain.
