We respect he keeps saying we are in transition, it's easy to say. There's no evidence of this, very little change of plan, when he Billy V and Manu playing we are mostly good, we look clueless without. He may have a good win percentage. But at one point he had the biggest budget on support staff, coached at a time when we had Saracens and Exeter as the best team in Europe and for the last 5-6 years the talent pool has been immense. And we still play mostly dour attritional rugby, talk bs about bashing people and haven't achieved more than Wales and Ireland recently and shown up by Scotland
