Like I’d ever been seen in PeacehavenI saw a car on the A259 in Peacehaven this week, it had a very similar plate to that, I knew it wasn’t you because it was a bright yellow Jeep

The number plate is not on the car but held as a cerificate. It can go on any car registered after 1995 (When N reg was released)
I believe it costs £80 to put it on a retention certificate, hence my earlier comment that this plate is an absolute bargain
If you buy it you can put it on your car for the cost of a set of number plates. If you’re lucky the OP may even throw them in if he has ever had the registration on a car.

The best is B11 AFC, with a black cap over the retaining screw for the H, used to be on a Mini in Haywards Heath but last heard of in Merseyside .

Quick search of NSC came up with a previous number plate thread where Merseyside Seagull says he was the owner of B11 AFC, last seen here in 2018
