I am MA+ with 171 points, not going to this game but maybe more than you think

Wasn't at Brighton yesterday but ran Wokingham half marathon with a PB of 1:39:09, made up as my previous PB was 1:55 and was aiming for 1:45

Will also be watching from the Caribbean.... which island will you be on would be good to meet up with other Brighton fans!

Another vouch for investing in some carbon shoes, when my Hoka Cliftons felt totally dead I changed over to using Adidas Boston 12, I use them for recovery runs and speed work (and will use them on race day) and absolutely love them, you can certainly feel an extra spring in your step

Off the back of this - Little Simz was fantastic last weekend, a great show and hits throughout. Brought out Cleo Sol to perform 'Woman' with her, a great night (although its a nightmare getting up to Ally Pally)
