In that era would they have a mottled colour? I would have thought a block colour or sack the washing lady must have left some pants in with the wash. Reminds me of my 1970's tie dye T shirt efforts.

Also being difficult I 'd like the shade of green etc no reason just interested......... I have googled colours etc not sure how it could be found out.

Just out of interest I saw on E bay a while ago a black and white photo of the Brighton team in a kit which was dark with a single chevron pointing downwards. Anyone know what the colours were or if you can remember!! I have taken a copy but won't post it here for obvious reasons.
