Ordered my tickets this morning - emailed club about it, just had reply: Your tickets will be uploaded to your season ticket cards, which should be arriving with you in the next day or two. If you do not receive your cards in time, please give the ticket office a ring.

website worked really well - logged in 9.45 after a minute or so of refreshing, tickets in basket became active at 10 on the dot. All done and dusted by 10.03. Fantastic!

the error message appeared at around 11 so a good hour or so before they tried to locked it down.
