Mate & I had lunch there today. Very nice food & lattes . Smart looking place. Quite roomy and comfortable. Outside seating area. Big tv screens. Very pleasant staff. Definitely recommend it. On the corner of Cuthbert road and Freshfield road Brighton.

Sorry I should have said the fella sounds dodgy. I was just speaking generally about what @nickbrighton said.

When I did boiler service's I would normally ask the customer if they wanted their cooker and gas fire visually checked at no extra cost.I came across quite a few dangerous blocked flues and hobs not burning properly.

I used to go fishing off the pier around the time of the picture 1973. In fact the bloke in the light blue jeans could've been me!!
