Doesn’t have to be in the same solar system to have been piss poor though - didn’t think he affected the outcome but thought he gave them far more than us.
I didn’t say he affected the result - he possibly did but it was an even game. My opinion is he gave them every soft decision and bought it all but gave us next to nothing. The fact he gave a pen for that just shows where his head was.
Luckily it seemed 95% of our fans in the stadium thought he was absolutely appallingly one sided - hence the ironic cheers. The Lino east side first half was also atrocious at letting offsides play on. It’s all opinions but wasn’t a joke - Banks was atrocious tonight against us.
Wonder if those saying he was alright were there? Different perspectives but in the ground seemed to play with a no man’s land north midlands but not north shirt on?
Yep - much as Forest were decent enough tonight, if there’s a 50/50 game like that we deserved to go through given we’d beaten Chelsea and Newcastle. But that’s football. Doesn’t always play out like it should.
You have to have the lows to appreciate the highs. Offered 7-0 and a run of 6 wins with a draw away at Man City and a pen exit from the cup id have taken it. Onwards and upwards. Brighton til I die.
Appalling one sided bias. Game was a 50/50 so not even blaming him for the result but my god he was a Forest fan and a half. Maybe part of the gladiators tweeting Luton fan team there?
