Why do you lot talk about Southampton so much? A little weird isn't it? In 30 years of following Saints I'm not sure anyone has mentioned Brighton really.

I have to be honest, he wouldn't be my first choice to go for a beer with. I find the relentless clichés pretty tiresome. Even in football terms, he does seem pretty dense! So I try not to listen to what the bloke says too much these days, as much of it doesn't even pass for GSCE level...

To be fair though the bookies do price us up as favs for practically every game we play (with the exception of when we play you no doubt), so if anything it's just a statement of fact. God knows why you get sound wound up about little old us, you're away and gone - enjoy it.

You're obviously entitled to dislike who you wish. But this has to be the most one sided hatred/'rivalry' in world football! In 20+yrs of following the saints, I'm not sure I've ever heard a bad word said against you lot. This arrogance thing seems to have become self perpetuating myth...
