I used to do something similar. Worked near Victoria Station so quite handy for getting down to Hove in time for a 7:45 kick off. (Why were those evening midweek games at the Goldstone 7:45 and not 7:30? Made quite a difference when you had to get back to London after).
Used to sprint after...
That's disappointing. I always have quite enjoyed watching him on Pointless and HIGNFY.
Sad to discover that he is(*), in fact, a massive c0ck.
(*) That's "is"; not "has".
I saw Dr Feelgood at Sussex Uni whilst I was still at School so either 74 or early 75.

1) send one young forward out on loan, sign another but also then immediately send him back out on loan. Result, 1 forward less to choose from.
2) Sign one defender but sell 1 for only £1m with another (Lamptey)...
I'm no expert but given the absence of so many midfielders for whatever reason I'd have had Veltman with Hinsh in midfield and then either Webster or McConville coming in to back 4. Doesn't leave us with a recognised RB but if Veltman plays on that side it helps a bit for whoever is behind him...
That was a complete and utter shameful humiliation. Nobody emerges with any credit.
Injuries we may have (but why so many ?) but that midfield set up by Hurzeler was absolutely idiotic. He is starting to skate on thin ice now, sadly. There is being brave and there is being completely foolish...
