The fee to Blackpool was 1.1 mil but Blackpool would only pay half his current salary. Swansea agreed a lower fee (la lot more than the £300k papers reported) to allow Blackpool to offer more as salary but big Karl was still too tight and barely increased his offer. There were 5 teams offering...
