i have to accept that its not the most exotic of buildings on the outside, but you will get a warm welcome, the room is clean and tidy, and the beer is cold, live football, on tv, i didnt know the prawn sandwich brigade were coming, i will have 2 get the red carpet out, ALL BRIGHTON FANS...
