Sounds like my "Helper" was not that helpful!

Got a drink at the bar upstairs fairly easily. Asked one of the Helpers about ordering food when upstairs: was told I would have to order on the App then go downstairs to collect via the station-side stairs, then queue to get back upstairs via the other set of stairs. I did not order food!

In your "My Profile" section, which starts with Fan No, Full Name, Email etc - the last item at the bottom shows your Season-Ticket Points. It's probably called something different if you're not a STH.
