I think Tony is always more likely to fire people for poor behaviour (Poyet, DeZerbi). Poor performance he will give more time but draw the line eventually (Hyppia, Hughton).

I am English but live here with my Estonian Mrs. The Estonians are incredibly passionate about their own identity and culture. 1991 still in the fairly recent past when they regained their independence from the Soviet Union and they don't want to give that up for sure.

I do miss us being in the lower divisions sometimes. In some ways it was more fun when you had lower expectations. Every now and then we would have a great season.
