When Danny is on the pitch he co ordinates pressing high so well with the less experienced players. I think he is a very positive influence in our team whether he's on the pitch or not. So glad he decided to spend this part of his career with the albion.

I have seen this sort of behaviour with managers in the workplace many times over the years. So of course it can happen with football managers as well. It's just behaviours and characters of certain individuals. Managers and employees. Because some employees always like to be the victim as well
