    [Politics] Are you voting today?

PCC is often my only chance to vote Labour in a local election; they don’t always put up a red rose candidate in rural East Sussex

The pre-match briefing email highlights this month's guest Piglets pies: Chicken Balti and vegan Bombay Potato. How could anyone resist going?

[Travel] First Time in Japan. Tips?

Yep, on the Kinki train (love the name). It’s a bit of a basic train but all the seats face forwards and the conductor swings them all round for the return journey. I’ve done the journey as a tourist and visiting a major printer manufacturer for work. Really recommend visiting the shrines

    [NSC] Plans for the summer?

Tour de France in July - three stages lined up, including one stage that finishes one property down the road from the house of French friends. Olympics in Paris early August. Otherwise enjoying the inevitable Sussex heatwave in our garden. Will save the big holiday for winter again.

[Sussex] Hastings a Sky News report.

Frankly, they could knock a good amount off travel times up the A21 by putting the gypsum back on trains - Mountfield gypsum mines have their own branch line. Their frickin' trucks are a nuisance, crawling up Silverhill
