I'd suggest that instead of the keeper picking up the yellow card, it's given to the team captain. Gives the captain some responsibility (and incentive) to curb time-wasting. If the captain gets sent off, next booking goes to the new captain and so on....

My personal favourites are the ones who say they didn't watch the game, but listened to it on the radio.

Another vote for the trafalgar. Been a regular haunt for me since the 90's. Still miss the bar billiards table.

For offsides, make the lines they use much thicker. If the two lines overlap, not a clear and obvious error and stick with the on field decision.
