tough game today, think if anyone was to have won it, Brighton deserved it more than ourselves, specially 2nd half.
CMS gave Mancienne his toughest test this season. everything seemed to land at his feet and stick there. you probably need somebody up there with him though.
we've been...
we (forest) have not really played that well as a team yet. the goals/points have come from moments of individual skill, mostly from Antonio / Assombalonga, with some assists from Burke and Hunt down the right.
We've had the dreaded injury curse strike early this season, so i'm a bit worried...
Think a lot of nffc fans would like him to come back. but I don't think there is anything happening just yet. not sure that Stuart Pearce has made a move for him, he doesn't seem to make decisions based on sentiment, that is for sure.
something must have not suited him at Boro, that deal...
in the owners defence we (NFFC) have got the following off the wage bill, during the close season. and made, from outgoing sales, the value of about 8million
Henderson, Moussi, Jara, Greening, Miller, Derbyshire, Gillett, Cox*, Mackie*, Djebbour, Abdoun*, Majewski, Tudgay + Darlow and...
Fair play to all the Brighton fans travelling up at this crazy time of day. I can barely be bothered to drive 20 miles to the game!
Fancy Burnley to beat Reading and our game to be a draw. bring plenty of fingernails to chew on.
all the best if you get in the play-offs. Give Derby...
thats exactly how the last game played out last season. Forest drawing 2-2 with Leicester with 5 mins to go. was like a basketball game (without the handball).
Leicester did us in the end.
Going to be played at the AMEX on saturday, not sure if thats gonna reduce the attendance or not...
Got Kerry Mayo on Guitar, he actually looks the most convincing of the lot :)
My nutcase of a mate is a DJ in Brighton, and trying to get Roachfords Cuddly Toy to number 1 at XMAS
While i have my doubts that will happen, its still a great tune (As far as 80's songs go!) and got some recognizable Brighton folks involved.

we've built an entire team over the last 2 seasons that cost us roughly the same as Leicester paid for Matt Mills!
we got Lansbury for 1million (Which is looking fantastic business). the only transfer i think we've paid over the odds was in getting Wilson back from Celtic.
we've sold...
dont think anyones been focussed on anything other than the Derby game, so no idea what we've sold. also away at Charlton on Tuesday, so 2 longish away trips in succession will bring attendance down a bit im sure.
No I'm pretty sure im not blind. i can see things are looking great at the moment, after the monumental pile of cr@p we've had to endure over the last 15 years, i'd say things are going very well indeed.
I dont think this was based wholly on yesterdays result. also selling Guedioura to Palace/combined with owners shirt sponsorship, should help keep us in line with FFP.
As for Derby, I think there are many Forest fans who feel sorry for Nigel. like many have mentioned he was doing...
apparently the club sent an email to season ticket holders to vote yes or no. But lots of folks didnt get any email, so obviously didnt get to vote. we don't need it, we won plenty of things without needing goal music. we also don't need Mull of Kintyre, that makes me cringe as well.
