I'd say 90~100% gone in the summer if a club the player is interested in comes in. It's the most ideal time for the club to maximize substantial profits out of the player, as well. Both the player and the club would benefit.

We don't know the state of his injury. Do you? It is expected that he would be fine by June. I don't think his injury would deter potential suitors from showing concrete interest in him this summer. Besides, one assumes that any transfer talks with potential suitors would have commenced well...

We don't know the details of the contract. I think it's a standard practice for clubs to make players sign new contracts to raise the value of the player before a potential sale. (Esp. in the case of Mitoma, we purchased him dead cheap. )
