[Albion] Roberto De Zerbi: "Now we don't have high motivation"

Plus one or two wins (dare to dream!) would mean a few higher league places and quite a few million in prize money. Not convinced anything would happen till after the season though CH style.

[Albion] Roberto De Zerbi: "Now we don't have high motivation"

The 'we don't have high motivation' also smacks of a man who doesn't actually know how to turn this around. There's no evidence for us or from his previous clubs which says he's got the skill or the will to turn this around. What a shambles of a one trick pony. What the hell is TB making of...

[Albion] Roberto De Zerbi: "Now we don't have high motivation"

That's how it feels and looks to me. Hopefully, TB has his finger on the pulse (not being lead blindly by RDZ), knows what's going on and the right outcome happens sooner or later.

Watch the 'Rise of De Zerbi' on Youtube and the clubs own website. Crofts talking about going for dinner with RDZ early on. It's cringy imo.

Plus, defending set pieces they supposedly practice!

[Albion] Roberto De Zerbi: "Now we don't have high motivation"

He's got to go hasn't he. I can't see a universe where we regroup and 'go again' under this coach. The players don't believe. Don't believe more than aren't motivated imo.

[Albion] Roberto De Zerbi: "Now we don't have high motivation"

My heart bleeds for those poor un-motivated players and coaches. 'They're only human' . I don't want to 'roll on' to the summer with RDZ managing my club.

[Albion] Roberto De Zerbi: "Now we don't have high motivation"

Thinking about this again. It's a bit as if he wants to get sacked. Any suitors won't want to pay the compensation so it's his way of downing tools and forcing a move. I'd actually prefer it if Lalanna and Gross player managed it for the last 4 games. It would be more fun and the players would...

[Albion] Roberto De Zerbi: "Now we don't have high motivation"

And now he really is hanging out the players to dry. He's done the refs, board, young players and now it's the whole group. He believes his own hype. Quite an incredible admission by a man completely and utterly unaware of his role in all this. *FWIW, I will always be thankful for one of the...

    [Albion] RDZ out

I see your broader point but right now the players don't believe in their coach and I would have hoped that TB and PB would have managed the club better than to allow us to get into a relegation battle if that's what happens. Lets hope not! No I didn't think we would top last season at all...

[Albion] Do you think Roberto De Zerbi wants to be here?

For whatever the reason is, the players aren't being motivated by RDZ. As other posters said, that Lalanna interview post Fulham seems linked but who knows. Those fragile, pampered and SLOW footballers are low on confidence and not playing for him. Why is he still our manager?

RDZ will 'coach' that out of him. Just play it back to Bart/Jason. Repeat, repeat.

'Crofty'? Please not. Have you seen him talk about going for dinner with RDZ. He literally ejaculates talking about how much he RDZ loves football. Thick as pig ****.

He wouldn't get into another PL team bar maybe Sheffield United.

He started them to make the point 'it's the club policy'. So tired of this bollocks.
