Who else would even be a good choice right now? I've seen the likes of De Rossi(!?), Russell Martin and even Potter being mentioned, plus I do like what Knutsen is doing in Norway, but I think we are better off sticking & hopefully having a more injury free season without the excuses of Europe...

I seem to be in the minority for rating him & would have much rather kept him this season as we didn't bring in any additional cover this summer (an out & out striker). I also trust in Potter & Co with their decision though. Assuming he wasn't a right fit for being a hothead at times

Confused by the tweet suggesting we have many forward options this season but added Sarmiento & Ferguson to this seasons list. Weren't they available to us last season (Sarmientos injuries aside)?

Feel a little concerned that he didn't get the loan to WBA completed now that Gilmour has been added. Always thought he's done pretty well when played & deserved more game time. Likely to get even less game time now?
