No it is the ENVELOPE that is specially designed NOT the stamps.

Sometimes special covers are produced by roups or organisations to commerate events dear to them, suchas the original Goldstone envelope. The stamps are not special issues but standard for teh time of issue. Hope this clarifies the position for you

I will be renewing (of course) but I am sure it would help others if the club would do payment by Direct Debit or standing order for those who cant afford to pay in one go. They dont, claiming it is administravly to difficult to trace "cancelled payments" , but funny the Cricket Club manage...
