The first tickets have become detached - that's why I received only that bit & not the rest.

Yesterday I got a ticket with my name & address on it & nothing else. Received in a 'sorry we damaged your mail' bag from Royal Mail. Today I got another 'sorry we damaged.....' bag, this time containing the envelope, ripped into 4 pieces & taped backed together. Still no tickets or gold card or...

The mailing preference service doesn't apply as this stuff isn't addressed. Contact Royal Mail customer services & you can opt out, though you might have to put it in writing. Consider this though - your postie gets paid per item for delivering it, so you'll be reducing his income by opting out!!!
