For me never a pen unless the law states that a player is not allowed to go for a 50/50 header. the villa pen was never a penal in a million years but this is completely irrelevant as to whether it was a penalty yesterday and quoting it makes you look a bit daft. what I struggle with this...

I have worked private and public sector (legal) the public sector thought that they were worth the same as the private sector and should be paid the same but did not work the same. Private sector half the desks still occupied 7pm on a Friday, much less sick, less staff to do a much higher work...
