yeah watch out for our keeper in the future, he is currently playing for england under 19's, and has premiership scouts watching him everyweek, tottenham were on the verge of signing him but we managed to get him to sign for another 4 years, this boy will go far at only 18 at the moment!
I'm not sure to be honest, that stand holds around 4,200, and i read that you had brought over 2,000
but remember thinking that stand doesnt look half full, and the announcer said it was 1,201, and to be honest think it was probably right
your fans were great though and noisy throughout, a...
not sure to be honest, as that stand holds around 4,200, and i heard before the match you were bringing 2,000, but was thinking that doesnt look like 2,000 there.
Don't get me wrong, you're fans were great throughout and a credit to you, but i don't think the stand looked half full.
:-) it's been said many times, he would have played for england if it wasnt for so many injuries! he's been capped 3 times at england under 21 level, and played for sheff weds, and went on loan to Tottenham in the premiership, so could have gone all the way, just those pesky injuries and knee's!
yeah 1201 as said by the announcer, noisy and supportive through out though!
and stood and clapped as andy booth left the field, full respect for that, :)
you're wrong mate...you would'nt be complete...you need a set of crutches to symbolise his knackered knee's! funnily enough i'm thinking about doing that fancy dress with the mask and crutches for our last match away at leyton orient!
as im a Huddersfield fan!
Have to say it was a very even game today, and also a very emotional day for us saying bye to a legend, and what a way to say bye with him getting a goal.
you're fans turned up in numbers and were a credit to you, we were particularly impressed when they joined in the...
oh yes plenty of anti leeds songs!
yeah they are doing mask's, £1 each, or if you buy a programme you get one free, so all you albion fans can join in!
he is a top bloke, he is our 3rd top goal scorer of all time, and only 10goals from being the top one, shame he cant do another year and get them, best thing is he's one of us as well. A fan, huddersfield born and bred and you dont get that often anymore either, dont think anyone has actually...
yes but holmfirth is a village inside huddersfield and is classed as Huddersfield, thats why all the residents there support the mighty town and worship the god that is andy booth....
yeah i was at that game! was my first ever away game that fulham one, and i remember was a baking hot day in the sun...
was so gutted to lose, and then it was announced Bolton had won as well putting us out of the play off's, if only we had held on to Marcus Stewart eh!
