Do you have the same problem on Film4? This channel usually has a strong signal; if you cannot see it, it is prob the wind that move your aerial..

It happens to me all the times. Just save it even if you didn't change anything; if it keeps asking to update your details just delete and re-write something (a word/number/letter) After that you can buy your ticket. The first 3 fields cannot be changed as they are your title,name and surname...
