For example, if I was choosing a manager. He made over 70 appearances for his country as a player. But, I want to choose him as a manager, not as a player obviously! It's technically not specified that you can't!?

I'm intrigued. Before I make a pick and have to move around 100 players... If during their playing career, a manager made +200 appearances or 70 international appearances, can they be selected in that category? I'm assuming it's a no, but thought I would double check.
