Gutted by this news of John Doc.
Been there from the start, and seen me along my journey.
My 500 hundred tomorrow and I really don't feel like celebrating this now.

Time to rescue this thread from page 6!
Berlin Marathon for me on Sunday and a first foray into overseas running.
Conditions turned out to be perfect on the day and this translated into performance.
Took just short of another eight minutes off my PB coming home in 3.14.38, the negative split of...
Was a good one for me though, my Parkrun PB of nearly three years finally beaten, took 19 seconds off my previous best and now down to 20.14. First in age category too along with a first visit to the 70's with AG @ 70.10. Pushing towards 500 Parkruns and still getting quicker :)
A big well done to everyone who took on or volunteered Brighton yesterday.
A really good event and I'm a big fan of the course changes!
Yesterday also went very well personally, a near six minute PB saw me come home in 3.22.16.
Being a bit of a part time statto there's a few things that stood...
Having been highly impressed with the ill fortune suffered by NSC runners recently I thought I'd join the club.
Came off my bike yesterday morning heading to work and have broken 6 ribs. Going to be a prolonged spell on the sidelines just as things were starting to click for the autumn season :(

Time to put up my brief BM report!
Came home with a five minute PB yesterday in a time of 3.28 hours, guess that would have been about eight minutes if the course had been measured right
Hey-ho, it's still a PB and I beat my 3.30 target so I still came away happy :)
Garmin tells me I...
It's great to have Parkruns back - I've really missed them!
Now done the two back at my spiritual parkrun home of Hove Park, the first one I bagged myself a massive PW of 39.59 (still glad I came in under 40 minutes) was for a good cause though, went round with my other half who in the process...
I think this might be my first post of 2021!!
Anyway, I'll be joining you all for the Phoenix tonight, it'll be good to see some familiar faces not seen for too long.
I'll be up for a beer in the Brunswick after too :drink:
Hello folks, Firstly, a very happy new year to you all :)
Thought I’d better get my review of 2020 in quickly before I start thinking about the coming year, blimey it seems like ages since I last posted an update on here!
My run streak which started back in April came to an end in early...
