I didn't apologise but in the weeks immediately following the Brexit vote I found myself in a bar in Berlin explaining to some locals that I too had no idea why the country was doing it had decided to do.
Saw Sinners last week and was really pleased with it. There's one scene in particular that really deserves to be watched on the big screen so if you can, get yourself a ticket and enjoy.
Side note - we watched it in one of the revamped screens at the Dome. Really nicely done and the sofas are...
My Liverpool mate will be chuffed. Happy for AliMac. Delighted it wasn't City again. Hilarious that in a year where City were below par Arsenal still don't win it.
Good football weekend overall. Palace win aside of course.
Highlight of listening along to the game on BBC Sussex (aside from the win, obvs) was someone shouting loud enough for their mics to pick it up:
"Shut up Potter you wanker!"
I've had a nice afternoon watching a pretty rubbish game at Worthing and I don't go back to work until May.
Also I'm now 40 and it's not as bad as I thought it would be.
Quite.
Whether nation states which dismember journalists should be allowed to own historic community football clubs is a moral quandary. Whether or not it's "entitled" to feel we "should" be playing better than we currently are is...well...I don't know what it is but it isn't a moral question.
