I have three friends who have a hybrid Niro and they love them. I have test-driven one and was very impressed. I know you're talking about the fully electric version, so I can't comment on that, but the rest of the car package was very good, I thought.

All sorted now. I tried a different browser (Edge) and it worked... despite having used my normal browser (Chrome) to buy my seats in the stadium! I'm sure I didn't have to use Edge the last time I booked a space (which was 3 weeks ago). At least I'll know what to try in future. Many thanks :)
