    [Misc] Electric Cars

I have three friends who have a hybrid Niro and they love them. I have test-driven one and was very impressed. I know you're talking about the fully electric version, so I can't comment on that, but the rest of the car package was very good, I thought.

Maybe drink and/or drugs involved? Not an excuse but might be a reason for a warped / random act.

[Help] Parking for Sunday v. NUFC. Struggling with website

All sorted now. I tried a different browser (Edge) and it worked... despite having used my normal browser (Chrome) to buy my seats in the stadium! I'm sure I didn't have to use Edge the last time I booked a space (which was 3 weeks ago). At least I'll know what to try in future. Many thanks :)

[Help] Parking for Sunday v. NUFC. Struggling with website

Yes, logged in (Says Hi Al next to my profile outline top RH corner of screen) No havent entered Reg No. anywhere as I haven't been asked for it - no field to fill in. I was expecting to do that after I'd hit the BUY button.

[Finance] Southern Water over 50% increase in bills

Don't agree to it. Tell them to only put your DD up by the %age that the PRICE has gone up. Especially as you're currently in credit. If they are reluctant, just tell them to bill you twice a year by paper and you'll pay on receipt of the second reminder. I think they'll negotiate the amount of...

[Help] Parking for Sunday v. NUFC. Struggling with website

Hi A first world problem... I'm trying to book a parking space for Sunday in car park B where spaces are available, but when I select and click BUY the screen briefly flashes up "Events not found" in red and then it takes me back to the "Tickets" page. Any idea what I'm doig wrong? The number...

    [Travel] Speeding Ticket

Not done one myself, but I hear this comment from everyone I know who has done one. Sounds like whoever's idea it was to create them did well. Credit where it's due.

[Albion] Do You Struggle With Morality as a Football Fan?

I don't see this as a morality issue. Maybe it's just me, though ??? Already plenty of other threads about "how do you feel about our performance and/or prospects?"

[Albion] Everything is so negative at the moment !!

I have to agree... the pies are great (just difficult to eat). Yet my son prefers the sausage rolls so they must be even better!

[Albion] Everything is so negative at the moment !!

Come on, you've got to tell us where that is - all the take-away shops I know charge £4.50 for a std portion of chips and a can.

    [Football] Eastbourne Vs Worthing

Great to see all the interest in this vital match in such a close-run season. Having watched both teams this season, my money's on Worthing.

[Help] Which tree should I plant?

How tall is your neighbour?? 20m (65 ft) is VERY tall. I think 15m should be tall enough (if you like the Rohan otherwise).

    [Help] Selling our house...

My experience in Essex is that they will ask for 1.0% + VAT but will all take 0.8% + VAT. I recently tried to push for 0.75 and my offer was politely declined. I wouldn't be averse to a sliding scale depending on what they get for your house, but it was never offered (and I never asked). IMHO...

[Albion] Where in the world is Joao Pedro?

There once was a man / accused, he had limericks / and haikus confused. He thought that was fair, so wrote down a pair - ended / with both of them fused.
