Mrs Zef procured a new line last year, it came with a new hole . . . I dug a hole in the lawn and set it in concrete.

5 minute job for the hole and another 5 minute job for the concrete. I even managed to set it below the lawn height so the mower doesn't scalp its closing cap.:cheers:

I finally did my laundry this morning.

That's a load off my mind.

Do you have a license for it ?

Yes and I have called the line Eric.
I have a license for my pet cat Eric and I am still trying to get a license for my pet Halibut Eric (I chose him from thousands, I didn't like the others, they were all too flat)
But I keep being told that I don't need a bleedin fish license.

I must admit you're being an idiot. What do you expect them to do with a product that is now clearly second hand?

A few years ago I bought our first skinny Panasonic flat screen TV from Richer Sounds.

I'd unboxed it and set it up, without ripping any of the packaging.

Only something like 42", but home interiors obsessed Mrs.W went bananas, so I took it back to Richer about an hour later.

I exchanged it for a 37" model, but Richer Sounds were pretty beligerent in taking an £150 "unboxing charge", they claimed that they wouldn't be able to sell the 42" TV as brand new. They wouldn't budge in the slightest.

That was an expensive fkng hour!

I still have the boxes for hi-fi amps I bought over 20 years ago!

Dinky Toy boxes are worth more than the cars!
