I'm scraping around for any positivity today. IF we beat West From and Palace can take something off Fulham, a 6/7 point gap will make me feel a little better.

I should think Fat Sam watched that performance last night and will be rubbing his hands together in glee at the prospect of playing us next.

Not sure. We should be pretty fired up by the injustice and really looking to put things right at West Brom. Probably the last thing fatso wants.

The last thing we need right now is to play a Big Fooking Sam side.

I admire your confidence, but also remember 2 seasons ago, was it? the season West Brom got relegated and were on a record losing streak, until we rocked up at The Hawthorns and handed them a win on a plate.

Saturday feels like a nailed on loss unfortunately.

I'm certain we will survive but I can't help but think we'll lose kost of the games we expect to win then pick up the required points where we don't expect to. Its going going be a very stressful few months I fear.

Time for Potter to give some other attacking players a chance against West Brom.

Tau, Moder, Zeqiri can’t be any worse at shooting than Maupay, Trossard, Lallana and Welbeck?

Yes, I was there. I remember the over confidence of our fans - a bit like yesterday.

The last thing we will be this time is over confident. I think the mind set will be totally different and we will be very focused on Saturday.

As I said, I admire your confidence, but we can only hope for the best, I still feel we are going to absolutely BATTER someone this season, please let it be at West Brom.

I have my “we could be going down, but I hope we don’t” hat on.

It’s likely to be a stressful run in and I reckon, having blown our chance to put relegation on the back burner we are right back in the mix and mentally the weakest team for the final relegation place. I fully expect us to lose on Saturday and for Fulham to beat Palace. Before you post the thread Bozza I’ll take a point.

I think we totally blew our best chance last night.

Agree with this. The current ones are scoring so the surely the worst the new guys will do is not score too?

We won’t be battering anyone until we’re safe or relegated. There is absolutely no way we’ll batter Big Sam’s team imo
