He’s got to go, starting against a struggling Arsenal team without a striker on the pitch ! The guys a clown !
Give the job to Bruno in the short term at least he’d get them playing with some passion again !

Out of his depth. This squad is our strongest in the modern era but he simply does not know what to do with the depth of talent at his disposal. Alexis Mac is a perfect example - replacement for Messi in the Argentinian squad but potter can’t work out how to use him. Mr square pegs in round holes needs to FO now!

I’m still ‘Potter In’, but he has to fully take the blame for that tonight. Awful line up and awful in game management. Starting the game without any strikers, it’s hardly a surprise we didn’t score.

Replace 'Arsenal' with 'team directly above us in the league'.

And we matched 'The team directly above us' all game. The issue is that 'the team directly above us' had a 50mil cf on the bench who came on and made the difference. They also didn't have a naive cb at lb who didn't make the dirty challenge needed to stop the counter

He's got to go (but it won't happen). Massively out of his depth at this level, unable to change the flow of games, non stop changing of personnel, inability to do the basics at set plays, and overall poor game management. Probably more suited to an academy type role (where results are less important) but does not have it in his locker to chisel out wins. No home wins this season and no wins from the recent batch of games which included some of our most realistic ones to target is dire. Upcoming fixtures look pretty daunting too.

For the first time I've moved into the Potter out camp. Still enjoy the games more than the final season under CH but Potter seems to have lost as much confidence as the players now and just looks like a rabbit in the headlights. Last season he was making tactical changes/subs to change games in our favour, the last few games he has made reaction subs when the opposition score as he seems to scared to do anything proactive. Has to go I'm afraid, hope I'm wrong but I think our lack of investment in the first team this summer and some dreadful acquisitions the summer before are taking us down

Yes, it was the 50mil cf who set our line up, tactics and substitutions.

After yet another shockingly bad, gutless performance he has to go tonight. I had such high hopes when he was appointed-now I can't wait for him to go.

It doesn't...signing a good LB stops the Saka run (we don't have one) which cits out the counter. But it does help us convert the numerous chances we create...loot at the chances we miss...thats the real issue

Nope, the real issue is that this manager doesn’t know how and can not get a tune out of the players he has. We have a team that could hold its own but are completely devoid of confidence due to the management. Give these players to a different coach and the results could well improve!
