Lets get ARJ, Maupay and Gross in for Trossard, Wellbeck and Lallana... Weak half for our front three...

Getting Lallana more on the ball is the answer, not replacing him.

Alzate hasnt done enough imho. Trossard is like a headless chicken and welbecks fluff was terrible, inexcusable to get nothing on a ball right at your feet......... harder to miss than to score.

Whilst im glad Sanchez was played as Ryan has been suspect, Ryans distribution with feet is better.

Some of the utter berks on here really don’t understand football, did you really expect us to come out playing free flowing football and be 3-0 at half time?

We are a team low on confidence and have struggled putting the ball in the net all season, let alone now when we are on a terrible run. Fulham have shown recently they aren’t a bad side, people take games like this for granted, They are a well drilled team, they have had a draw against Liverpool and an away win at Leicester in their past few games.

This. We are doing ok. Missed a good chance though.

Biss is so good isn't he? It doesn't really matter what is going on in the game- who is playing, who we are playing, how we are playing, he is just the best player on the pitch. It's like it's all just become very easy for him. He could play for anyone.

Surely I’m not the only one who is happy with the way we’ve battled in that half? Far from pretty but the intensity and fight was there to see, which is what many on here were worried we wouldn’t have.

Im happy with the fighting spirit, and can see why we're playing perhaps a little slower and hoping Fulham tire, but the quality from us in the final third is (as usual) pretty poor to say the least. A big downfall of ours this season is Welbeck's miss in a nutshell.

Yeah I'm chuffed with that half. No stupidity at the back, plus a solid midfield at last.
Very boring to watch, but I won't argue with that. That said, our midfield is not our biggest problem by a long way. Our strikers and set piece defending are the problems. One has already been shown, and I'm sure Fulham will get a corner soon...

Our performance has not been terrible. Fulham are just doing the hard press, which worked against Liverpool. No space on a tiny pitch.

They cannot, I repeat, they cannot do this for 90 minutes.

I suspect our plan is to dominate the 2nd half now they have burnt themselves out. We saw signs of it near the end of the first.

I hope you’re right.

We’ve been terrible in terms of giving the ball away and randomly hitting the ball up to no one. Pretty horrible to watch. Fulham are out muscling us most of the time.

Absolutely howling at some of the posts on here trying to polish this turd

Hope the boys are feeling fit, I’m knackered just watching.
It’s like both sides are playing with a ping pong ball on steroids!

The issue is we have all seen he’s quality so the question is why isn’t Potter getting the best out of these players?

Very rarely to be fair.

Knockaert produced as much as Trossard at this level, and had better workrate. Trouble is if he lost it.........

Insightful punditry from Aluko “I think Fulham are a bit better set up to win this game, based on their experiences in their last few games”.

Masterful, pay her another £100k.

Players look so nervous and shot of confidence- lack of quality is obvious. Lallana can’t cross pass or run tonight. Trossard lazy and can’t keep the ball. Wellbeck still thinking about that Leicester miss. Dunk only slight improvement. Webster usual dross. Solly back to forgetting how to cross or pass the ball.

He's now got the Fulham miss to think about too!:lolol:

Solid first half, just need to create the chance that wins the game.

We already did that and didn’t take it, just like we didn’t against Liverpool and Leicester.
