I'm meant to be moving into a new place on Nov 1st. I'm seriously considering asking to put it back by a week, because if Trump wins, I think I might come back to the UK. For some reason the words 'frying pan' and 'fire' spring to mind!

We'll gladly swap you for Spence!

Don’t believe the hype, Trump is far to the right of anything here, albeit with certain fiascos here ... but if this thread morphed into partizan UK politics it’ll end up in The Bear Pit in no time at all. Trump’s world of low taxes for the already wealthy, racism, support for fascists, removing healthcare for the poor, CV19 denier then liar, hate, mocking war heroes .... make the UK like a picnic.

Red wave is coming

Florida in the bag. North Carolina and Arizona soon to be added. Ohio looking very good.

I've asked the same question many times of people who moan about the MSM. I'm yet to get a decent response.

I warned you about Florida. Trump has it. That state is done and dusted. You won't hear that on the fake news

Florida is not in the bag and many demographics are pulling towards Biden - North Carolina is almost tied with Biden up one point, it could go either way but Arizona...... nah, after his insults at hugely respected Arizona War Veteran and Former Senator John McCain, hes totally lost the veterans and the the elderly voters there.

Dream on.

Red Wave my arse

good consolidated polling on wikipedia.

looks like as things stand, even if Trump wins the likes of Texas, Florida, North Carolina, he doesnt have enough to win. the fact Texas is even in that sentence is indicator he's not doing well.

he's going to do anything he can to try and discredit the early votes, knowing full well that a lot of them are going Biden's way

think you'll see a lot of him trying to claim certain states early

That's a myth. It isn't.

Like our Labour party is very factional with many different cliques more centrist or more leftist. Biden is a centrist, Harris the most liberal of all Senators is much more to the left. The Republicans are way further right to our Conservatives.

I’m not talking about rhetoric.

I’m talking about actions.

There is no way in the world the Democrats would have a fully state funded health system that our own Tory party supports and claims they love and protect.

There is no way in the world the Democrats would push tax levels up to the same levels we have in this County under a conservative government.

There is no way in the world Democrats would introduce the type of employment laws we have in this country where you can’t just sack anyone for no reason (after 2 years).

There are many other examples of the Democrats being further to the right than our Tories, but in essence, the American dream and the American psyche has right wing libertarianism written into it’s DNA, it will never change.

Which is what I've been saying on this thread (and now Trumpy) for a couple of weeks.
Explaining how it's going to happen and why we have Mitch McConnell to 'thank'.

Obviously the beauty in all of this is that Trump has already voted early.
