Thank you, I thought that I read somewhere that the notes were genuine.

Yes, that's what I thought. However, as pointed out earlier, would a black cop have treated a white man suspected of trying to pass a small denomination counterfeit note the same way ?

Is he now certified insane, or is he just trying to make more people take to the streets to protest so he can get off on the Police and National Guard firing more tear gas and rubber bullets into the crowds before baton charging.

How so? If he hadn't passed off fake notes that day he would be alive. That's a fact. I am not saying he deserved to die before you lose your shit. But his actions caused the Police to turn up. You are the naive one.

None of this is about passing fake notes.
None of this is about the nature of the crime.
None of this is about previous crimes committed.

What this is about (and I can't believe I'm having to explain this, the best part of a week later)

What this is about is a white police officer, training 2 rookie police officers, felt completely emboldened to kneel on the neck of a suspect for nearly 9 minutes.
9 long horrific minutes, while the suspect pleaded for his life.
9 minutes that were filmed.

What this is about is a white police officer having 18 previous complains filed against him.

What this is about is the fact this isn't an isolated case.

If you follow US politics fairly closely you'll be aware of Trump's main flunky Lindsay Graham.

Now having just finished Jon Ronson's book on the subject of 'Twitter pile ons' we have to be aware that it could be rubbish, but please do search #LadyG on Twitter.

Lindsay Graham + LadyG = No need to search.

If you haven't you now need to read The Psychopath Test.

Listening to The Butterfly Effect at the moment. Brilliant.

Yeah that's quite something too.

Also Louis recently interviewed Jon for a BBC podcast, which is available from your usual podcast provider!!!

He is genuinely off his rocker, think of those in the White House who witness his actions and opinions on a daily basis, what must THEY be thinking ? the leader of the Free World is a complete racist idiot !

Unless you’re talking about White House domestic staff, secret service agents etc. every staffer on his team is utterly complicit by being in his Administration so they're as bad as him by association, and probably don’t think at all beyond their own careers.

Of course it's not isolated. Cops kill blacks they kill whites too. There are always going to be nasty cops. Do you know that all 18 complaints filed against Chauvin were filed by black people? Do you know for a fact the guy was racist? I heard that Floyd had Fentanyl and Meth in his system. Do you know for a fact that had no contributing effect on Floyd? So many conclusions jumped to because of the bad racist cop sterotype. It's just so easy.

His response to criticism from General Mattis was absolute playground.. " The most overrated General of all time " I was so glad when I asked for his resignation "

Trump’s disgraceful bitching about Senator John McCain carried on after he died of cancer. McCain had spent over 5 years a prisoner of North Vietnam, for the first 2 years he was tortured close to death. Draft dodger Trump said in 2015 “McCain was not a war hero, because he was captured. I like people that weren’t captured.” After McCain passed, Trump said in 2018 that he had no regrets on that disparaging.

Trump, a coward on several levels.

Sadly I think they have sworn an oath of loyalty to the president or at least the constitution and,as such, they have to serve. I'm sure when they get home to their wives and husbands there is some interesting pillow talk though..... Trump is seriously struggling.
