Shouldn’t be played behind closed doors.

How are Sweden getting on? They haven’t gone full lock down, have they?

They need only put the speakers in the North Stand for the full match day experience.

Perhaps we could play the fake crowd noise on 80 minutes AFTER a crowd is allowed in the stadium.

Beat me to it I was going to say play the sound of seats flippin up on 88

That is an insult to us stick waving folk in the ESU. Beryl is especially miffed at your response. I bet you never threw your underwear at Bruno.

Will this mean moans when we pass the ball back, or Stephens has the ball?

And the sound of hyperventilating if the ball bounces in Webster’s direction.

Be nice :)

Exactly.

Seems like he is an easy target for ridicule sometimes now because he did one daft thing.

I like some of his ideas. Others are a wee bit Doo-Lally like the "sex basement" but even that I saw the funny side of.

It's nice to have a laugh in life rather than a fight

They'd probably still sing 'Stand up if you hate Palace'. This isn't the Goldstone you know. Half the time the rest of us don't know the North Stand is even there. Noisy by reputation but...

Null and voiding season is just unlucky for some clubs. Anything else including 9 behind closed doors will be a farce. If we are then still advised to social distance how can you ask a footballer to be in very close contact with 35/40 others. Am also sure public wont be happy if ambulance in situ

To be fair though, he’s admitted to never having been to the Amex, so any views on what to do there aren’t overly insightful..........[emoji23][emoji23]

I remember Talk Sport used to do this before they had proper PL broadcast rights....

I had assumed the TV companies would look to add a crowd a long track, of sorts.

Not sure in-stadium crowd sounds, as described, would help the home side.

I’m just waiting for a cardboard cutout to be sat in my seat. I will be most annoyed if my doppelgänger is holding a sign saying “Ali J can I have your shirt.” punish:
