Zaha has been awful all season bar one match (against us obviously).
True. From what I saw of him today, he did **** all apart from fall over.

Managed to teach a bar full of Sheffield United/Leeds/Wedslol fans what SEGW meant though, and they all agreed.

Outside of Croydon, nobody rates him.

I think they'll go next season without a huge turnover of players, and especially if Hodgson goes. I think people underrate how he's managed to keep largely the same squad above water for so long. Having Benteke and Jordan Ayew as your permanent strikers in 2020 is always going to be a recipe for disaster, Zaha is their only player who looks like he can turn a game on its head and they're a very aging team across the board with a lot of players who can't stay fit.

We all know how this pans out.
We beat them with ease at the end of the month, we celebrate madly,” the scum are going down, etc, etc”

They rally in their remaining fixtures, they don’t lose another game, we , on the other hand, don’t win another game, and are relegated on the last day of the season, after appearing to be safe.
It’s written in the stars, and, in our heart of hearts, we all know it.

He did drop a bollock last weekend costing them points.

Ryan has dropped a few bollocks this year, doesn’t mean he’s not a good keeper. I’d argue he’s been one of the best keepers in the league this year. If they had the Welsh Nazi in goal they’d be below us.

Sorry, typo. I meant ‘ugly fans’

Easy mistake to make, autocorrect is a pain in the arse.

I'd make sure we were safe first before posting that. These sort if threads have habit of coming back and biting you on the arse.

Sadly they have a little too much quality to go down especially when they get some of their injured players back. There are at least 3 worse teams in the league and they have already accumulated 30 points and so can stutter over the line even with poor form between now and the end of the season. If Zaha and Roy go in the summer though then next season could be interesting.

They are still 3 points better off than us. For them to go down we need to see a few of the clubs below us to pick up points. Do we really want that? Fine if we can match them, but no signs of that on current form.

Lets hope the top flight rivalry extends to next season.

I want us to be in the same league as Palace as I like playing them. So...

If we’re relegated, I hope they are too.

If we stay up, I hope they do too.

And if they’re relegated I hope we... aren’t. I have limits.

Their current run of form is every bit as poor as ours

Their next 4 games are:

Newcastle H
Us A
Watford H
Bournemouth A

At the end of that lot, they will either be safe or deep in the shit.

They could get just one point from this lot (draw against us), and with Watford & Bournemouth beating them - we could both be in the bottom three....

I will bet my house on them escaping and us going down. Any seasoned Albion fan knows this is exactly what’s going to happen. When it comes to luck, Palace have it in abundance and we have very little. Christ they’ve gone bust twice, have one of the worst grounds in the top two flights and still season after season manage to pull off incredible results. Our history by comparison is shocking. Absolutely shocking. We can’t hold a candle to their achievements. Palace are a pretty successful club all things considered. Still scum mind...

We had a bit of luck with the OG today and we have had more out of VAR than we have lost.
Oh we do like to be beside the seaside.....oh we do love to play beside the sea,
Oh it really is good fun when we beat the Palace scum
Beside the seaside...beside the sea
