Women's hockey.
Hardly anyone is there so they'll mainly be friends and relatives. The GB hockey team seemed to be entirely degree holding professionals so the crowd can't be far off.

Which sport do you think has the smartest fans ?
Football
Cricket
Rugby Union
I’m only going big three here but please help yourself.

It’s cricket obviously though isn’t it ?

What about Rugby League?

In my line of work I have come across some very thick rich people!

Look at the Royal Family for example. Hardly blessed with great intelligence.

Likewise, well educated eloquent retards. Often found at racing circuits. The onlY reason the barriers are there is because most of them are too stupid to find their way round to the start line again.

Come on, thickies. Where's the money? Football. FFS.

Have any of you actually read NSC? It is pure gold. Fact.

Cricket fans are allowed to drink booze while they watch the game whereas football fans aren’t. But I go and see both, so they must assume that my IQ goes up a few points when I enter Hove County Ground, but when I get off the bus at Falmer I walk into the Amex on my knuckles.

Let’s face it, we’re not even allowed caps on our Fanta bottles.

I really didn’t want to enforce stereotypes here but come on... be serious now..

Well, more people watch League regularly around the world than they do Union, must be some intellectuals amongst them somewhere.

There’s probably 5 or 6 in New Zealand.

Cricket and rugby supporters are traditionally from a middle class background.
Football is traditionally working class.
So yes they might be smarter but will no doubt be more pompous.

It's not my experience. Cricket is not as toffy outside the top leagues as folk think. I've been involved in the game for nearly 40 years. Rugby folk are generally well heeled. But I follow that too and I've enjoyed the company of those I've met.

I come from a solid working class background.

I was disadvantaged as promising youngster at a county league cricket team many years ago. I went off the game for a while. As soon as they found out I went to Stanley Deason..

Pretty sure it's better now.
