It’s the squad, be honest really honest, how many of our squad would safely get into any other premier league squad - not including Norwich, take your rose tinted goggles off first though, Dunk, Mooy are the only two you could say with any confidence that would get into most squads outside the top six, then look at the points difference from 6th to 19th....

We don’t have good enough players and certainly not suitable players for the way we’re now trying to play which ultimately is the way Bloom and Ashworth wanted to go. They/the recruitment team needed have to supported Potter much more with regard to new signings in the summer and now.

Our squad is incredibly weak and needs strengthening ASAP.

It’s very noble wanting to regularly be able to bring through youth players to the squad rather than just buying players as Bloom as stated numerous times, but it takes YEARS to get an academy to that level and even then, only a small number will ever really become first team regulars. It’s a bit naive in my opinion.

There’s no point sacking Potter, if a new coach/manager isn’t allowed even part of a transfer window.

An important Board Meeting tomorrow, either way.

The club will stick with Potter.

Yes. Simply because at Swansea City, in the second division, he was very highly regarded with what he had.

If you look at how often the manager's of clubs are rotated and how, over time, it makes such little difference to many, it's good to have continuity.

Anyway. we are not in the bottom three yet.

Swansea seem to be doing better this season without him.

Definitely not a results manager. Pretty football but not enough substance and attention to the basics to maintain a promotion push over 46 games. Swansea don't seem to be missing him too much this season.
