You see timmy , I just asked the officers at the time and they told me. Sheffield United fan had got a bit mouthy and stroppy, resulting in kicking of chairs and minor fisticuffs with a Brighton fan, apparently stewards were unable to calm them down so had to call the police. I think they were quite glad of getting out of the rain and a nice cuppa tea once they’d cleared up the nonsense.

Imagine asking someone at the time that would have actual knowledge of the incident instead of coming onto NSC and starting a thread about it? What sort of weirdo are you??

Actually, I did ask someone who went there once as some sort of work-related prize (American Express) and they said it was basically a corporate box with a nice restaurant. Perhaps others can confirm this?

How can I put this?, trying to debate anything with him was akin to playing chess against a pigeon.

No matter how good you are at chess, no matter how many textbook moves you make...at some stage, the pigeon will knock all the pieces over, shit all over the board and then fly off thinking it’s won.

I’m in that lounge and have heard two different versions.....

One is that there was a minor scuffle in the stand which resulted in a bloodied nose.

The other one is around fake tickets.

Whatever it was, just saw police interviewing people and everyone got on with their normal business.

Club seemed to handle it well as always.

To be fair to Bozza and the mods (and to be contrary and fickle - moi? ), they are scrupulously fair about bannings. After all, they tolerate Droopy Rectum (as long as he stays within boundaries - quite amusing that he's been tamed - he behaves because he just can't let go of NSC). Comedy value, with a forever ban when they get bored with him. Presumably the same rules hold for Timmy.

That said.....he is actually trolling - starting threads then not posting on them. So he really ought to go. Perhaps we need.....a poll!

No, much as my blood boils for a moment every time I see a Timmy thread, I appreciate that he's only damaging his electoral chances; every thread is accompanied by an explanation by someone or other about who he is and what he's done (I would add that I am not among those who have posted full details, although I know what they are having had a lengthy conversation with someone who I won't name about it....).

As I implied, when the malicious don't realise they are doing themselves down then why not let them carry on. Just disappoints me a bit when they are taken seriously.
