Likewise. Not a weak link among them.

Cue #motd being all about Spurs and a riot if we’re not first in the running order.

I reckon Narge game first and then Liverpool or us.

There are a few superlatives knocking around on this thread. Brilliant excellent etc.

They ignore what the thread is getting at.

The title is that is the best ive ever seen us play. (or something like that, im pissed )

So that's the question i have for you all. Is that the best brighton and hove albion performance of all time?

If not, then let me know what is. I mean, yes we played very well away at Peterborough a decade ago. Im sure there were some Peter ward inspired walloppings of Newport and Rotherham when i was 3. But have we, in the midst of an injury crisis, taken to the f ing cleaners, a team of champions league finalists with some of the finest international footballers in the world with out youth team basically doing the damage.

Educate me otherwise by all means..

But no....

That is the best performance in our history

For me you're missing out on a crucial word

That is the best TEAM performance in our history

There may well have been better performances, but they would have been the entire team raised by the 'stars' or the fixture.

Today was by far the best Albion performance where all 11 of our players were better than all 11 of the opposition.

Any one Spurs player swapping teams at half-time would have weakened ours and strengthened their team.

Stunning performance. When we had that great passing move that included a Stephens back heel, I started to tear up.

Wonderful, just wonderful!

It very briefly crossed my mind to sing 'it's just like watching Brazil' but I quickly realized it's not. We were better than that today.

Yep. Best in my lifetime considering the level of opposition, for sure. Couldn't believe what I was watching at times today. We deserve that result after performances this season that haven't gone out way

Probably best performance of the Amex era so far.....shame I was not in attendance, for those who were......was is better than the 7-0 demolition of Charlton Athlectic in 1983? I did go to this one and we were brilliant at beating a very in form Charlton team.:clap2:

We were excellent of course, but it does go to show that at this level, it doesn't matter who you are, if you don't turn up collectively as a team, you can expect a comfortable defeat.

As delighted as I am after a performance like that, it will be nice to see us turn up consistently and grind out some wins against opponents who are also on their game.
