How would the suprise appointment of Alan Pardew suit everyone? Just asking for a friend you see.

Personally I wouldn't have sacked CH in the first place, but that horse is well and truly bolted now. New page in our history now. The fact that Potter's name came to the for so quickly makes me wonder if it wasn't some sort of stalking horse. Awaiting the eventual outcome with some trepidation - not going to speculate, just hope it turns out well.

Potter's our guy, we just need to be patient.

Loves the club the town and has had loads of experience Respected by fans and players, he certainly would give me more optimism for success than either Potter or Neville

Working well for Man Utd and Solksjaer presently... ???

I'd like to see Rafa Benitez here. A vastly experienced manager who has shown immense patience with a total knob of an owner and done well with what he's got. I like him, he's a good guy.

Certainly better than under the world class manager that previously held the position I could go along with Rafa though

Breaking on SSN:

Juventus have confirmed that Massimiliano Allegri will not be their manager next season and will leave this summer.

Could do a job :lolol:

Who would I pick? That Pep bloke. Why? He looks pretty good. I don’t like that Klopp bloke though - his teeth are too white. And too big. Makes him look like a wolf.

Nah, have to disagree here.

Not about Pep, I think he'd probably do OK, but Klopp doesn't look like a wolf. At all. On this basis, I'd go for Jurgen Klopp.

Someone nobody has mentioned from abroard, with interesting ideas and experience managing in a competitive league.

Potter is an interesting one but I remain unconvinced.

Fat Sam and Pulis would be substantially further up my list than Phil bloody Neville.
