At first I found the meagre 19 home games a PL season frustratingly low.

But I’m now used to it, each PL home game seems a special occasion.

Perhaps I’ve fallen for all the marketing hype?

Rather be Prem than Championship purely because we can compete with a more level cheque book. It was hard in the Championship playing against clubs that could splash £15 mill on a player whilst we had to scrape about for £3 mill players to stay within FFP. When we do go down - everyone does eventually outside around 7 teams - at least we'll be playing a division lower on our terms and not those that were relegated from the Prem in our time there.

Great comeback by villa, I know Ernest will slaughter me but I got a win on the French match between Dijon 1-2 Marseille. I went light headed in injury time with my heart pounding! Phew!
