The same could be said for Jordan as well - both felt disillusioned by the WI cricket setup, and chose England. But you are right, the decline in WI cricket has been to the detriment of cricket in general.

Well quite, and presumably he made a choice to enhance his options at county level too. I would like to see a resurgent Windies, but I know that's a bit of a romantic notion.
