After the Conspiracy Theory thread, I thought I'd try something more light-hearted for the international break.

I'll start with Ian Wright. Great striker, & love him has a pundit. Speaks like he played, with his heart on his sleeve. Whoever let him slip through the net after his trial with us must have lived to regret that decision big time!

Honourable mention for Jim Cannon; you have to admit he was nails.

Gary O'Reilly. Decent servant when we were utter, utter SHITHOUSE, just a wholehearted centreback. I like those.

Was Neil Smilie an ex Palace player? I feel like he was. If so, him. If not, I can't think of any. I suppose Glenn Murray technically deserves a mention.

Oh Ian Wright, easy, plus John Salako, Eric Young, Gareth Southgate, Glenn Murray ;)

In the dim and distant past, it would be remiss to ignore Martin Hinshelwood and Peter Taylor

current players, now that's harder, I guess I always USED to like Cabaye, and I think Scott Dann is a solid-pro.

Yeah, that'll do, lets not push it :lolol:

Ps) I don't know any of the current shower but I like the fact that Zaha is injured. Does that count?

Don't have to have any Albion connection.
By the way, don't let anyone think I have some of soft spot for that lot!

As for list of players you hate. Too easy!

I think I just like the idea of a Palace player with swindle in his name

Simon Rodger. Only because he was bought by them from my hometown club - the mighty Bognor Regis Town! Then went on to play for the even mightier Albion! Just that annoying blip in the middle!
