exactly the sort of development we need to have, significant group of homes to support new infrastructure, and jobs too. if its accessed straight off the A27 traffic issues should be minimal.

Hopefully traffic problems will be sorted, can get from mid Crawley to Sussex Pad quicker than Pad to Sompting.
About 400 homes due to go up in Sompting as well.

It is never enough, the South East is over populated, and we have so many cars on our roads. My wife will be pleased that IKEA is coming thou. It is a win and a lose.
