I watched one of Warren Aspinall's goals when he played for Portsmouth against Barnet at Underhill in 1991 recently on Match Of The Day archive. Fantastic player around that time.

I could have sworn he was sulking the other night whilst we were playing absolute crap against Ipswich, he didn't speak for a good three minutes but you could hear him moaning and groaning in the background.

My signature. Can't remember what game it was, maybe last season or the one before, it was about our lack of ability to kill teams off, when we go 1 up, don't sit back, we should be 'going for the juggler'

Enjoyed his 'glad Huddersfield beat Derby' comment as he still considers Derby a bigger threat ... only the 14 points behind us.

I don't doubt his passion and commitment to the club, but I think he's worryingly simple. I assume JC, who I think does a good job of covering the Albion games, tires of his inability to say anything meaningful. They often appear to be talking at cross purposes.

I love listening to WA. Think he's a terrific pundit and the comedy value makes him a million times more interesting than most pundits.
