I like to give everyone a seconf chance. Just not with my football club.

Bloom isn't to be trusted in my book. Read what his son did to East London Seagull and friends around Hereford. It's in the family genes!

I don't think he did anything desperately wrong when Archer was around. But equally he didn't do much to sort it out either. Seemed to be quietly taking a back seat and letting it all go to ratshit at the time. Or certainly that was my recollection.

Not a pisshead like Stanley though.

And is he the crook I fear he is? ???

I really don't think so, to be honest. I've never dealt with him in business but my family have known him for many, many years.

I dunno if I should be worried or not about this, but something clearly is not right with this club at the moment and I hope this is the only thing and there ain't more surprises to come out of the nest.

I don't want Dick to leave as Chairman because I fear this club will cripple unless an investor with a huge wad of cash comes in. From what I have heard, I don't trust this Ray Bloom guy to be in charge of the club if he wants control.

Ray Bloom would certainly not be my first choice as a successor but it is inevitable that somebody will take over at some time either now or in the very near future.

The irony is that people on here have said about an investor should comeforward now before the ground permission is granted and when it apparently happens they have the hump.

Anyone with money and sense would not touch this club through investment until the first brick is laid for Falmer. That is when the real investment in to this club starts.

If an investor is seriously interested in the club at this point then maybe the Falmer situation isn't as bad or will take so long to resolve as some people fear?

That is unless they believe that permission will be denied and they have an alternative plan.

How about his nephew, Tony Bloom ?
