You can't base it around one game he thrives at home and has a lot of the ball, didn't do much yesterday was quiet at Boro last season those big games is when you want your star player to turn it on. Away at Reading isn't the biggest of games tbh.

Agreed - but he needs people to feed him the ball - choosing 2 games where we went down to 10 men probably isnt a good barometer either... I would say he plays better at home, yes - but so do most players in any team - I wouldnt say he is average away from home, just doesnt always hit the heights he plays at home!

Ha! Brilliant comeback post. I am not going through 30k+ posts to give you an informed reply. I know what I see and he is unfairly treated, we can talk shit and it passes everyone by. I think he gets undeserved attention.

There wasn't an issue (on this thread at least until you started to push your point over and over again and try to make this into something it clearly wasn't)

You may or may not have a point about BG and how he is treated on this site (i don't read every thread but can't say i have noticed anything myself) but i think you have picked the wrong thread to make this point because i just don't see what you are complaining about on this one and you are just blowing this whole thing well out of proportion
