But the weather tonight is absolute shithouse. The ground is absolutely soaked after a very wet winter, and we're facing extremely high winds tonight. Trees are likely to come down. How is that Southern Rail's fault? Are they supposed to get Network Rail to cut down every tree on every route in order to prevent debris from getting on to the line?
(Presumably in order to do this, they'd have to close lines and run a replacement bus service).
